After my dad's
"Don't take things for granted" thingy.
Haha. Things sure seems different.

I think the place downstairs
seems like a little village!
Fish pond, tennis courts,
squash courts, swimming pools,
baby pools, pool room, gym,
function room, basketball court,
rabbit corner, little fountains, bbq pits,
workout corner, a small area for kiddy soccer,
table tennis room, playground, minimart
and a little kindergarden.

It's a rather pretty sight,
which comes with a hefty sum.
Big, huge, enormous.
What a burn in the pocket.
I'd still prefer a HDB. Heh.

Ayye.
